We take quality very seriously at Milexa and are confident that you will be more than happy with the high standard of the product. We ensure strict quality control processes are in place to avoid any disappointment upon arrival.

However, if in the unlikely event that you do find something wrong with your mural or you’re not happy with it, we ask that you contact us straight away and we will do everything that we can to resolve the problem immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will offer a replacement or refund if there is a fault with your order.

All our products are printed to order and are made to fit your exact wall size. Therefore, please note that, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds based on a change of mind. This is because your mural is specifically tailored to fit your wall and so cannot be reused.
